With over 15 years of experience in the design and construction industry, Cheri Bleser has built a career centered on creativity, craftsmanship, and client collaboration. A passionate design professional, Cheri specializes in kitchen and bath design, residential remodels, and new construction projects — transforming everyday spaces into personalized, functional, and beautiful environments.

Cheri’s impressive career includes leading roles with national homebuilders like Richmond American Homes, where she’s been instrumental in managing design processes for more than 50 communities and thousands of homes. Prior to that, she spent several years at FBC Remodel, where she designed and sold 25–30 projects annually, ranging from whole-home remodels to basement finishes and kitchen overhauls. Her strategic leadership extended beyond design, as she trained teams, established onboarding programs, and led educational workshops to elevate the client and team experience alike.

A career highlight for Cheri was her role as a featured designer on 12 episodes of the popular DIY Network and HGTV series Kitchen Crashers. There, she showcased her talent for transforming outdated kitchens into dream spaces, delivering bold concepts, construction documents, and finish schedules under tight timelines — all while creating approachable, do-it-yourself projects for viewers at home.

Beyond her work in front of the camera and on job sites, Cheri holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design from Harrington College of Design and has continued to sharpen her leadership skills through programs like the Stagen Leadership Program and Predictive Index Training.

Cheri believes great design should be both beautiful and livable. She thrives on the challenge of blending form and function, always aiming to uplift the homebuilding and remodeling experience for every client she serves.

This dynamic, hands-on position involves a variety of responsibilities, including drafting floor plans, creating mood boards and material palettes, assisting with client presentations, and coordinating with vendors and suppliers. Junior Design Staff also help manage project documentation, maintain the sample library, and support the logistical details that keep our projects moving smoothly and on schedule.

 

More than just an assistant role, our Junior Design Staff contribute fresh ideas, creative perspectives, and technical skills that directly influence the quality of our work. Their attention to detail, organizational expertise, and collaborative spirit allow our design team to focus on big-picture concepts while ensuring no detail gets overlooked.

In many ways, they are the connective tissue of our design team — bridging creative vision with practical execution. Whether it’s preparing for client meetings, sourcing materials, or supporting installation days, their contributions are critical to delivering the seamless, high-quality experience our clients expect.
